They're actually called SWAP now.  Surplus With A Purpose (though I think
Solid Waste Alternatives Program was a better name.)  In particular, their
hours are at:

If you go, definately get there by 8am when they open.  I've heard that
they tend to clear out of the cool stuff really quickly.
