[Madlug] Making Video DVDs

Hi guys,

I got some videos I really want to put on a DVD for the TV.
After some experimentation, I got ManDVD which works great and is very
simple for me to use.
But this one, like one of the other apps I tried, will NOT generate an ISO
for me.  The other one didn't say why, just got to the end of the conversion
and failed, this one lets me show the console info for what it's worth.
It fails, says there's something wrong with the video_ts (or the audio_ts?
but I think it was video) or something.
When I played the "finished" dvd thru ManDVD, it looked good but one of the
audio files WAS messed up.
But why would it CREATE without failing, but refuse to create an ISO?  I
suspect those problems are unrelated...

I really DO want a very simple front-end to handle all the steps, I don't
want to screw around with backgrounds and menus and conversions and stuff, I
really love that about this piece of software, and I'd really like to figure
out precisely what is malfunctioning.

Anyone have any clues?

PS I'm still hoping to bring in my computer to friday's meeting, but i'm not
holding my breath, GeekKon setup is Friday night. :/
