[Madlug] Mailman only posting to one list when sending to multiple

I just inherited a mail server with some issues. The first one I am  
trying to tackle is that when someone sends a message to a Mailman  
list (running version 2.1.9) the message only gets posted to one of  
the lists. The Postfix logs on the server show the message getting  
relayed to mailman once for each list it is going to, so it seems to  
be a Mailman issue from what I can tell.

Once Mailman picks things up it is as if only one of the messages made  
it. I can't figure out where the others could have gone. I'm hoping  
someone can give me some troubleshooting advice.
