[Madlug] gentoo install prob

I did this


download a stage3 untar and a portage i install gentoo
and then i copy my dns and then i mount /proc and
/dev/ and when i try to chroot it tell me i useing a
old kernel.I am useing gentoo 4.1 cd


I not sure what i am doing wroung?
