[Madlug] TDS dns redirection

Speaking of TDS, for the past few weeks my nominally 4 MB
DSL (i.e., ~2.2 MB) has been running at very low speeds
(like 30 KB) during evening hours. I wonder if others see
this. I assume it's over-subscription of some kind. Hints
on what to do, if anything, are welcome.
