Brad,

On my 5100 you can access the WebUI through 192.168.100.1 while on your
LAN.  Check out the following article to get some ideas on how to interpret
the results that you find on the signal page.

In the past I have ran into issues with equipment that was exposed to the
outside elements, IE splitters, splice connectors, and terminating
connectors.  Connecting components tend to wear over time, and if moisture
is able to penetrate any of the components, you may have intermittent
connectivity issues.
