[Madlug] dual video cards in Fedora 12

Ok, this particular piece worked like a charm.  Now the
nvidia-settings sees the second monitor (second video card) and gives
it a different X session, appropriately 1 (the other is 0).  So, we're
going in the right direction.  However, there is not actually any
output on the 2nd monitor. :(
