[Madlug] motherboard

I am looking for a replacement mobo for my server. Looking for something to fit the other components that I have. Right now I have a Intel celeron 2.7 gig socket 478b a gig of 3200 RAM. I know its rather old stuff but I'm sort on funds after having to replace my desktop. 

anyone have one they want to get rid of or know where I can get one
