[Madlug] Rackspace Cloud

Someone was asking on the mailing list a while back looking for a server to
play around with. I've been trying out rackspace's cloud service, and I've
been really impressed. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to be able to
quickly expand to tons of machines, but for a simple one off virtual server
to play around with, $11 a month isn't half bad. The hard drive snap shots
work like you'd expect and switching images is really easy as well. The only
thing I really had to change was the security policies. The default is
logging into root with a plain text password.

Anyway, I thought this might appeal to the hobbyists on the list.
