[Madlug] MadLUG compile presentation

Hello All.

I would like to extend a belated thanks to James Leinweber for his
very informative compile presentation last Thursday.  Much was
covered in the areas of building from source tarballs, source RPM
files, and Deb source packages.  Thanks to everyone for turning
out, as well as the HEP Lab for their facilities!
